Jim Garrett is a British radio presenter, producer, and media director with over 15 years of industry experience. He is the founder, managing director, and primary voice behind The Sound Lab, an award-winning new music and syndication platform launched in February 2016. 

Garrett launched The Sound Lab to provide a direct promotional platform for unsigned, independent, and breakthrough mainstream music talent across indie, rock, punk, pop, and dance genres. Under his leadership, the programme and its companion stations have secured industry accolades, including Radio Station of the Year 2023 and Best Radio Air Play & Promotion Platform UK.
